Should a client require on-going network support, maintenance, or server management we can offer a support contract tailored to suit the specific size and
type of network a client has, also taking into consideration the levels of service that they are likely to require which may depend on other variables such as;
if a client has a number of remote users; the type of mail platform a client uses; whether or not niche market software may be in use across a network.

Osiris Systems: Simple IT plans (SIP) - from £20 to £30 +VAT per month, per system user.

Ad hoc computer support services:
Minor computer and network support issues can normally be resolved by either telephone or e-mail support.
We can provide a free of charge, safe and secure remote diagnostics service via our web-based help desk to determine the cause of many computer
faults as long as the PC or notebook with problems can still connect to the Internet. We can then determine if your problem can be completely fixed
remotely, or whether the best, and most cost effective, course of action is an on-site or workshop repair.
Remote web-based support for PC, notebook, server and other device related issues.
We use the LogMeIn web based help-desk service for day-to-day support issues, which means that many problems that used to require a site visit can be
resolved far more quickly and efficiently, and at a reduced cost to our clients.
We can remotely, and securely, login and take temporary control of an end user’s PC, notebook or server. This allows us not only to resolve many issues
quickly and efficiently, but also, where possible, to show the client how the issue was resolved, so that should they experience a similar issue on their
computer in the future they have a greater chance of resolving the problem themselves.
Please note that remote web-based computer services will be chargeable just as with any other work carried out, unless covered by one of our ‘Small
business service agreements’. The key benefit for the client is that we do not need to travel to the client’s site to resolve the problem. To reflect this we
charge less per hour for computer and server support services carried out remotely, and the minimum fee is based on a half-hourly rate rather than the
standard hourly rate for site work, and of course there is no call-out fee. See more about remote support.
Workshop services PC, server and notebook upgrades and repairs.
We can supply a wide range of high quality components for upgrading or repairing PC systems, from manufacturers such as Acer, Asus, Belkin, Buffalo, D-
Link, Draytek, Hitachi, NetGear, Seagate, Western Digital and many more. We also offer a diagnostic service for faulty systems, and a fitting and
configuration service should your PC system require upgrading or repairing.

When performing scheduled installations of new equipment for clients we will of course provide a full written quotation for the client in advance. For service
call-outs that cannot be handled remotely, or call-outs for on-site repair please refer to our standard service tariff.
